Plant Controller


Multi-billion parent company in consumer products/Pharma. This is approx. a $300mm operation. Wichita, KS area.

 


Act as lead finance business partner for the operations management team, establishing plant goals, identifying and verifying cost improvement opportunities, linking operational measures, metrics and processes impacting the financials; and driving continuous improvement. Direct the financial planning and forecasting processes, utilizing models and ensuring linkage to operational plans. Responsible for all financial accounting and reporting activities, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures; and individual and team development.

Skills/Experience Education/CertificationBachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance required with a Master’s Degree and or CPA preferred. 7-10 years of extensive background in all areas of manufacturing accounting, specifically in cost, planning and analysis and automated manufacturing systems.  Specific hands-on experience in a manufacturing plant is highly desirable.  Considerable interpersonal contact is required with all levels of management, as well as a variety of people outside the organization.  Therefore, a high degree of human relations skills and effective oral and written communication skills are required.  The incumbent must be results/profit oriented and committed to the attainment of short and long term objectives.

The Clinical Pharmacist provides pharmaceutical care to patients. Compound and dispense medications and other pharmaceuticals in accordance with federal, state and local regulations and hospital policy. Serve as a resource to other healthcare professionals including pharmacy students and residents. Consult with nursing, medical staff and patients regarding medications, orders, drug and pharmaceutical detail, patient reactions, errors and complaints and/or the patients' caregivers. Includes inpatient acute, outpatient, etc pediatrics to geriatrics.

Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist - Class III Medical Device - Bay Area

Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist - Medical Device - Bay AreaWe develop, manufacture and market catheters for both the coronary and peripheral interventional markets. We are backed by several venture capital firms and have distribution of our catheters in over 10 EU countries as well as several in Scandinavia and the Asia/Pacific region. Our coronary PMA application was approved by the FDA and a full market launch in the U.S. is underway.

Responsibilities:• Implement day to day regulatory activities to ensure continual regulatory compliance with FDA, Notified Body and PMDA requirements. • Prepare, review and submit domestic and international paper-based and electronic regulatory submissions, including PMA Supplement, 510(k) premarket notification, 510(k) Notes-to-File, IDE, Seihin Hyojun Sho, and Design/Technical Dossiers including associated Essential Requirements Checklists and Declarations of Conformity. Also responsible for compiling/preparing responses to questions concerning such regulatory submissions. • Prepare, review and submit annual reports to FDA (in support of a PMA or IDE). Maintain updates to the Design/Technical Dossiers for the Notified Body and Authorized Representative. Maintain updates to the Seihin Hyojun Sho for PMDA. • Implement regulatory strategies for product line extensions in support of product development team efforts, and provide guidance to these teams to ensure that development activities are consistent with overall regulatory strategy. • Monitor, review and interpret new or changed regulatory requirements and proactively advise product development teams of their impact to the business.• Review and approve product labeling, including marketing literature/collateral, as needed, to assure compliance with approved indications and applicable regional regulations.• Represent Regulatory Affairs on cross-functional product development teams.• Implement regulatory strategies and regulatory project timelines that ensure continued compliance with domestic and international regulations. • Review and interpret technical and scientific data to ensure regulatory requirements are met; evaluate product/design and process changes for potential effect upon product safety and effectiveness; document rationales that do not require formal notification to regulatory agencies. • Review and approve product labeling, including marketing literature/collateral, as needed, to assure compliance with approved indications, internal procedures and applicable regulations for that country/region. Pharmacy Manager at the City Market pharmacy in Cortez, Colorado.  As the Pharmacy Manager, you will be expected to provide outstanding customer service which will include assisting our patients in proper selection of OTC items as well as accurately dispensing of prescription medications and providing counseling and answering any questions the patient may have. Supervision of day to day pharmacy operations and supervising the pharmacy staff is also the responsibility of the Pharmacy Manager. Physician interaction on behalf of the patient is also necessary.
