Looking for consumer relations representatives to be able to answer questions over the phone regarding nutritional products and pediatric products. The location will be downtown Columbus and shifts will be 2nd from 2:30pm-11pm and 3rd from 11pm-7:30am.

A degree is a must and preferably in nutrition or related field.

Candidate must have a clean background check and be able to pass a drug test.

Responsibilities include medical review, which involves in-house review of Case Report Forms (CRFs) including query resolution and addenda writing, QA of data listings.
 May manage the activities of regional contract CRAs, and organize the files and budgets associated with several clinical studies.
Provides medical support which may include: Adverse Events Reporting - the investigation and reporting of medical product experiences, in depth investigation of medical adverse events and works with Medical Affairs, Clinical and Regulatory Affairs in the preparation of documentation to the FDA
Medical Communication which includes writing standard and custom responses to communication requests, in-depth assistance to the medical and lay community by responding to inquiries with medical/scientific information that is more complex and requires more data than is supplied in the package insert or the standard letter database.

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversees all processes that manage incoming data from CMS, MDCH and PBM to coordinate report distribution as required to maintain the Medicare Advantage Part D and the BlueCaid pharmacy programs
- Develop and maintain pharmacy policies to meet CMS and MDCH requirements for Part D and Michigan Medicaid
- Act as a liaison between pharmacy staff and the BCN designated pharmacy benefit manager to ensure appropriate configuration to support the BCN Medicare Advantage Part D drug benefit and the BlueCaid drug benefit
- Maintain regular communication with the PBM to monitor accuracy of claims processing, submission of accurate and timely data for claims and membership processing, and adherence to contract terms
- Responds to questions regarding pharmacy claims payment and resolves pharmacy claims issues
- Support development, initiate implementation and provide continuous monitoring of activities to audit pharmacy claims data to ensure accurate processing and to detect potential fraud
- Maintains and updates Medicare and Medicaid pharmacy benefits criteria for the pharmacy claims payment system
- Maintains monthly and quarterly pharmacy utilization statistics (key metrics reports) for internal and external reporting purposes.
- Participate on multidisciplinary teams, conference calls, and related activities, and maintain appropriate relationships with internal and external contacts to ensure the success of the MA-PD and BlueCaid products
- Provide supervision to Government Programs Pharmacy analysts
- Coordinate with Medicare and Medicaid pharmacists to ensure formulary management decisions are effectively implemented
